#15 Activating current PuTTy window on task-switch to MultiPuttyManager

I find MultiPuttyManager very useful, but have two related usability gripes:
1) if you switch to another application, and then switch back to MultiPuttyManager, you have to actually click on the embedded PuTTy session window before you can start interacting with it. It would be helpful if the active session actually got the focus automatically when the application got the focus.
2) if MultiPuttyManager is partly hidden behind another window, and you click on an embedded PuTTy session window, that session gets the focus, and you can interact with it, but doing so doesn't bring MultiPuttyManager to the front -- it remains partly hidden behind whatever other windows are in front of it.
