#93 Specify split height/widths on command line

Currently, horizontal and vertical splits always split
equally. I would like to see a new command-line option
which allows one of the split terminals to be smaller
(narrower) than the other. Maybe the --hsplit and --
vsplit params could take arguments to specify the
number of rows or cols the new split should be initially?

This would be very helpful. Thanks for the great work
on the best xterm out there!
