When the cursor is switched off, it becomes visible as
a rectangle when making multi-gnome-terminal an
inactive window.

How to reproduce:

1. Start MGT with a shell.

2. Enter 'setterm -cursor off'. Now the cursor is
invisible.

3. Switch to another window. Now the cursor becomes
visible again, which I consider a bug.
