The three task list "tabs" should be consolidated into one. Having separate windows for Running, Paused, and Failed is unnecessary, and annoying. The status can easity be seen by the task icons.
Also, a "Pause/Stop All" button would be VERY handy!

Another feature request: Speed Limits should go all the way DOWN to 1kB/s because of dial-up users. Or just add a "Custom" option.
