BP-MLL assumes that labels are the last numOfLabels attributes in the ARFF file. However, this assumption does not hold anymore. The indexes of the labels are given in the int[] labelIndices property of the superclass. Probably a small change in prepareData method suffices, but then makePrediction should also be changed.
