#5 NoThanks not catching all matches

it seems that the NoThanks filter isn't always catching unwanted links properly. often the 'kill' statements would actually leave a banner link in the html, but the subsequent request for the banner is blocked. in other cases it doesn't recognize either. here's my current config:
