As I noticed your mud is running on circlemud, I have a few questions.
Do you want the mudbot to be a hardcoded entity for your mud embedded into the circlemud code, or perhaps a combination of DGScripts (LUA??) placed in an area file?
Or perhaps a seperate entity logged on the mud as a user/admin that can perform tha actions required, much like a bot for irc, etc.
If you are writing the bot for an "out of the box" stock standard circlemud, then you might want to rename your project to circlemudbot.
