#655 Cannot update card database and images not loading

Since a few months I cannot update the card database anymore. It started with ravnica allegiance and since then, all other new sets won't load (war of the spark, modern horizons, M20, etc.).

Additionally, a lot of card images won't load. Above the image it says "Cannot connect: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure"

I already tried reinstalling, which didn't help.
I'm using Version: 1.5.1, Build id: 201904160221

Java should be up-to-date. (Version 8 Update 60 Build 1.8.0_60-b27)

I also attached the error log if it helps.
