#613 WCD2001 and HOD Promos

1.- Is there any way to add World Championship Decks sets (golden border) ? IE: WCD 2001 https://scryfall.com/search?as=full&order=name&q=e%3Awc01 there was the option to use Import/Set/magiccards.info but that website doesn't exist, now is scryfall, in fact they have an API that provide a CSV but that format is not supported by magic assistant
2.- The same for Hour of Devastation Promos set? https://scryfall.com/search?as=full&order=name&q=e%3Aphou
