#221 mingw-w64-i686 is missing some DirectShow headers

Looks like streams.h, fourcc.h among others is missing.

There seems to be a relevant ticket that had been logged against mingw-w64 project (http://sourceforge.net/p/mingw-w64/feature-requests/69/). A patch had been mentioned, but it's still missing some relevant files.

I'm closing this ticket, because it seems fully in competence of the mingw-w64 project. Once the needed files are there, it should be in our packages shortly (if not, you can send a package update request).
