any idea where does it come from?
Does it depend on the linux distribution used or only on virtualization type?

I think I've found the root of the problem (Im a bit skeptic about it being an OpenVZ related bug):

If you run it without parameters it simply exists, but if you keep starting it with any parameters,it gets stuck:
