mrViewer v2.7.1

I am glad to announce a new version release of mrViewer, now at v2.7.1. This release adds the ability to see the colors of the pixels after the LUT transformation, improves all installers on all platforms, and adds a first pass at a Spanish locale translation.

The win32 version of mrViewer v2.7.1 was missing two translation dlls (libintl-8.dll and libiconv-2.dll). If you downloaded and were unable to run mrViewer, please try donwloading them again as the files have been updated.
