I like MRssTray. It has a very simple interface and is cross platform. I was curious though, there doesn't seem to be a setting to change refresh time. How often are feeds refreshed? Would it be feasible to add an option to change refresh time?

The reason I ask is because I need my feeds to be refreshed within at least every 5 minutes. And MRssTray appears to take much longer. I waited for about 18 minutes then finally closed and re-opened it to get new feeds.

I'm pleased to know you like it.
I haven't update MRssTray since I first created this project, actually I was so busy with other projects that I never finished it´s basic functionality, which includes the refreshing time, today it doesn't refresh at all, but your question inspired me to add this functionalities along with customization options.
So please wait a few days to update it.
