Pero ahora nos deja ver las reservas y asignaciones que se tienen, pero no nos deja realizar la reserva de salas ni aulas, porque al ingresar con el usuario y la contraseña que siempre se ha manejado no lo permite, y nos arroja el siguiente error y nos envía como usuario anónimo:

Buenos días, lo que sucede es siempre se ha manejado el mismo usuario y la misma contraseña, es el mismo administrador, estaba funcionando bien y la semana pasada ya no nos dejo agendar mas reservas de salas en las siguiente imagenes le muestro lo errores
You are seeing two different errors, which are not related.
The error "Warning: Server failed to set locale to 'es'" is probably caused by the fact that you do not have the 'es' locale installed on your server.
The "Unknown user" error is because the username and password do not match what is in the database.
Has something changed on your server recently?
Lo que sucede es que nosotros no administramos el servidor donde estaba alojada la información del progra, y no sabemos si la persona que lo instal formateo el computador .
la pregunta es si es posible reestablece el programa o que debemos hacer , es una herramienta muy indispensable para nosotros
You need to contact the person that manages the server. I suspect they made some change to the server just before this problem started happening. The first thing to check is whether there are any errors in the PHP error log.
Es posib que hagamos una videoconferencia? así le podre mostrar los errore que me arroja porque no tengo acceso al administristrador del servidor . o como puedo ver los errores dePHP.

Sorry, I am very busy for the next week or two. However you can post screen shots of any other errors you are seeing. But in order to solve any problem you will need access to the server. The PHP error log will be on the server and to make any changes you will need access to the server. Do you have any access at all, for example an FTP connection or access to the database, eg through phpMyAdmin?

he estado averiguando en que servidor estaba alojada esa informacion y no he logrado encontrar respuesta alguna.
Es posible que me asesoren de como puedo volver a instalar el programa, porque no veo otra solución.

You need to download the code from https://sourceforge.net/projects/mrbs/ by following the green Download button and then follow the instructions in the INSTALL document.
You should be able to transfer your bookings from the old server to the new by exporting then in .ics format from the Report page on the old server and then importing them to the new server from the Import page.
