#2550 Email to Admin upon Event Registration

Event Registration is very useful and our users really appreciate it. The admin users are asking if they can get an email when a person registers for an event.

I tried to quickly put something into registration_handler.php based on code from edit_entry_handler.php but I am missing something (registers successfully but gives Invalid entry id, no email).

I was able to add contact information (feature request 447).
