#105 Updated lang.fr file

Hello all,

Upgrading my copy of mrbs to 1.9.0, I figured there were a bunch of untranslated tags in the French lang.fr file so I updated it and am attaching it to this post. I hope translations will be as accurate as possible as I've never used Import iCal stuff for instance, so, not sure as to whether my translation is precise enough, but others with more experience there sure can figure it out, I guess...
