#104 es-419 Not working

Dear Sirs,

We had been using your system for a long time ago and first I want to say thank you for one of the best free tool for reserve rooms and for free.

Lately we had started a couple of new mrbs installations and is working as fine as silk (as always) but we had detected than when somebody access with browser setup latinoamerican es-419 doesnt work, it gaves the error "Server failed to set locale ["es-419","es_419"] for language tag "es_419" in D:...language.inc on line 205.

I had tried to modify the regex to see if it was wrong, but didnt worked, check how to install locale on windows server, but I could find it, is a wamp server.

This is the only error that we had found in your phantastic tool.

We thoug to add a default value, but we have different users in spanish and non spanish language.

Which version of MRBS are you using?

1.9.0, the last one of this summer, in fact in the code it appears something related with it and a regex but I think is not working

I think the problem is just as the error message says: you need to install the es-419 locale on your server.

We are using Wamp and the server sistem is windows if you give me a clue where is taking the information from the server software or the Windows system I will try to finde how to install it.
