MRBS project support change

Hello all,

The project has just disabled ticket creation and modification on the Sourceforge trackers (Bugs, Support Requests, Patches, Feature Requests), leaving read-only access.

We would now prefer to have issues raised via GitHub, which offers issue templates for different sorts of tickets: https://github.com/meeting-room-booking-system/mrbs-code/issues

Tickets from the Sourceforge trackers are currently being migrated to the GitHub issue tracker.
