MRBS 1.9.2 released

This is a minor release of MRBS.

Changes since MRBS 1.9.1:

• Fixed a bug introduced in 1.9.1 with database upgrades when using MySQL 5.6 or below.

• Fixed a number of minor bugs, and a few improvements.
