MRBS 1.9.1 released

This is a minor release of MRBS.

Changes since MRBS 1.9.0:

• Added the ability to request a password reset, if MRBS knows the user's email address.

• Added the ability to configure a meeting to allow for a set number of users to "sign up"
  for the meeting.

• Added the ability to configure a room to disallow certain booking types.

• Fixed a number of minor bugs, and added a few minor features.
