This is a major release of MRBS.

Changes since MRBS 1.8:

• PHP 8 compatibility fixes.

• Added ability to configure multi-sites with one installation and multiple configuration files.

• Added ability to show user's real name instead of their username, if the authentication system
  allows.

• Various improvements for display on mobile devices.

• Added more configuration options which can configured by administrators per area.
