MRBS 1.6.0 release

This is a major release of MRBS.

Changes since MRBS 1.5.0:

• MRBS now utilises the PDO database access method in PHP, this
  extension must be enabled for MRBS to work.
• The MRBS database abstraction has been overhauled, which improves
  code readability and security.
• Added Wordpress session/authentication support.
• Added Joomla session/authentication support.
• Updated German, Polish and Italian translations.
• Plus numerous other bug fixes/improvements.
