MRBS 1.4.3 released

This is a minor release for MRBS 1.4.

Changes since MRBS 1.4.2:

• Moved default configuration out of config.inc.php, allowing
  this file to be a minimal size with only customised settings.

• Added configuration variable to show week numbers in the
  mini calendars.

• Added CSV report functionality.

• Fix for UTF-8 locale usage on FreeBSD.

• Fixes for MRBS privacy functionality.

• Added a sort key for rooms to allow for a custom sort order.

Plus a number of other bug fixes/changes.
