MRBS 1.4.2 released

This is a minor release for MRBS 1.4.

Changes since MRBS 1.4.1:

• Added automatic database upgrade system which prompts the user for administrative DB login details.

• Bookings can now be made private - private booking functionality may be enabled per area.

• Corrected some SQL escaping errors in response to Secunia Advisory SA35469.

• New 'SMTP' authentication scheme.

• Made theme support more flexible.

• Added ability to "flip" the display in day and week views.

• Timeslot settings are now held in the database and configurable per area.

• Fixed fatal syntax error encountered when using the 'db_ext' authentication
  scheme.

• Access rights are now held in the database and editable within MRBS if you use 'db' authentication scheme.

• Added Polish translation.

Plus a number of other bug fixes/changes.
