MRBS 1.2.6.1 released

This is a minor release for MRBS 1.2.

This release fixes a serious bug in LDAP authentication in the previously released MRBS 1.2.6, which has now been withdrawn.

Changes since MRBS 1.2.6:

• Fixed major bug in the new LDAP authentication functionality. If
  $ldap_dn_search_attrib was set, any username/password combination
  was allowed in.
• Changed configuration default so that LDAP v3 is enabled by
  default in the LDAP authentication scheme.

Changes since MRBS 1.2.5:

• Added options to LDAP authentication module so that you
  can search for the DN to bind with, as is necessary with
  Microsoft AD.
• Added translations for Slovenian, Catalan and Turkish.
  Also updated Italian and French translations.
• Fixed bug in language preference code, as reported by
  many users.
• Improved i18n and l10n.
• Emails sent by MRBS are now in UTF-8 by default.
• Added new booking/series copy feature, as provided by
  Julian Eglestaff.

Plus a number of other bug fixes/changes.
