MRBS 1.2.4 released

This is a minor release for MRBS 1.2.

Changes since MRBS 1.2.3:

• You can now configure the LDAP port to use.
• Database table creation now works for PostgreSQL 8.
• Added new 'remote_user' session scheme that allows MRBS to
  use a site's existing session scheme.
• Added new 'mysqli' database abstraction for PHP 5.
• Updated Finish, Swedish and Spanish translations.
• A few fixes to the email notification system.
• Fixed n-weekly repeating bookings.
• Fix for using the 'db' authentication scheme on a MySQL >= 4.1
  server.

Plus a number of other bug fixes/changes.
