MRBS 1.2.1 released

This is a bug fix release for MRBS 1.2.

Bugs fixed since MRBS 1.2:

• Database tables fixed for MySQL 4.0
• Email notification improved and bugs fixed
• Fix for using Postgresql
• Czech language detection fixed.
