#62 check-in/out process

Using MRBS as A/V reservation system, would be
fantastic if also had built-in check-in and check-out
process. This could include a new mrbw_room table field
such as 'status'. status could = available, out, late.

This is in addtion to a reservation or augmentation of it
as reservation doesn't actually mean "acquired"....then
when customers come to pick-up equipment, have a
check-in/check-out process that confirms a reservation,
checks status (ie:available) and then changes status to
out. When equipment returned, change status
to "available". If status is late, then a charge process or
warning can be generated...

I think I'll start to tinker with this, but thought I'd add it
as an RFE...
