#378 link to reference page for rooms

Please add a means to link to a reference document for a meeting room. The purpose is to link to a web page describing the meeting room, its puprose, its amenities, etc.

The best solution would be that when you click on the title of a meeting room, and you see the meeting room-specific page, a line beneath the meeting room name show a link. Config of the link would require both a caption and href, so two db fields are required. OR, one field that accepts HTML input.
