#513 Modify password reset link in email

I use version 1.9.4, when I use the reset password function, in the email that is sent, the link has an error i.e. it is built as http//namesite instead of http://namesame (i.e. without ":") so it does not open.
I followed the answer in the ticket https://sourceforge.net/p/mrbs/support-requests/2421/. but changing the code as indicated the site gives an error and does not work.
Where do I find the code that builds the password reset link using baseurl?
