#416 User bookings don't work with multiday restriction

Hi, I have a fresh install of MRBS 1.7.1. I have set $auth['only_admin_can_book_multiday'] = TRUE; in the config.inc.php. Admin's can make bookings but when a user tries to make a booking the End Time field is not available on the edit_entry.php page. If a booking is attempted the booking is not displayed on the day.php page. It seems to be unsuccessful.
