#205 how to write outline codes into mspdi xml

hi jon: i found some outline codes schema from the namespace net.sf.mpxj.mspdi.schema , it's a cool feature , and i need it .
but when i wrote ProjectFile, i found nothing interface(getters /setters ) to build it .
can you teach me to do this work ?
