Version 1.0.7 was released on May 10, 2011. This release contains enhanced matrix support and an Easy-Kit for matrices. Several new functions have also been provided under different categories.
Version 1.0.6 was released on April 27, 2011. This release contains MP's first ever Matrix module. It also introduces a new Plug-In model for implementing console functions in dynamic link libraries.
More matrix support is being planned for next version. It is also planned to create more Easy-Kits for basic maths and matrix algebra.
You are all requested to test the new release and give suggestions / report bugs.
Version 1.0.6 is almost ready and going through final testing. It includes initial Matrix support and many internal improvements. Memory consumption is especially much better for long session with huge output.
Everyone is encouraged to download the latest source from SVN Repo and test the new features, especially functions defined in Functions/Matrix.cs class.
Version_1.0.6 of MP will have support for Matrix Algebra. Scalar operations +, -, * and / have been implemented. Matrix addition, subtractions and multiplication have too been completed. Work on more operations is underway.
A toolkit-for-dummies for Matrix algebra is also being planned. It would be the second Kit after Boolean-Kit, which was included in v.1.0.5.
You can check-out the changes from SVN repo.
Version 1.0.5 got ready earlier than I anticipated. Things went smooth and fast in the end. The final binary, documentation and tutorial were complied late on Saturday.
The new release has been made in the form of just the zip file (no xArchived exe). More people were downloading the zip version, so it has been decided for the time being to release only the zip version.
Please test and report on the new version on MP. Your comments will be highly appreciated and will greatly help improve the product.
I have almost finished work on the 'Truth Table GUI Kit' (part of the new GUIs-for-dummies initiative). I have also enhanced the user-defined-functions module to accept nameless parameters [as in sum(array(1,2,3))]. So the ground is almost set for releasing v.1.0.5. It seems the weekly releases have now turned into fortnightly releases.
v. 1.0.5 will hopefully be more efficient and bug-free. Also it will have a new set of useful functions, probably in the form of user-functions. ... read more
