If anyone is interested, we've made available a utility that has the ability to export names, addresses, etc. to a csv file. That file could then be sent to an NCOA processor, and if the original field names rename, it know hows how to take the incoming data and assign those values to the appropriate MPX fields.

Unzip the contents to a folder, read the ReadMe.txt , make any configuration changes you need to make, and you should then be able to export and import.
