Great! Thank you both of you. I used su to get root privileges and like Adrian says it doesn't change $PATH. Now (with su - instead of su) it works fine, I'm gonna do some test the following days. In fedora, when you switch to root account by using 'su', it doesn't automatically give you the $PATH variable you would have as root, so /sbin isn't in the path. Hi All, I'm trying to install MPLS for Linux 1.958. After installing (from pre-compile package or source code), I cannot find the directory /sys/mpls/ even if I run the mpls enabled kernel (I use uname -r to see that). I use Fedora Core 7.
