[mpls-linux-general] mpls command

HY all,

I have a Fedora core 5 and I've installed :

 kernel-2.6.18-1.2257.fc5.mpls.1.955.i686.rpm from
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=15443 bu mpls
command doesn't work(it not exist).
Can someone please help me?
