#2 Adds Id3v2 skipping, fixes F50 filename bug

Very large ID3v2s seem to confuse the MPMan F50,
causing an 'err21' error (which renders the machine
unusable if the only file on it is one with a huge
ID3v2). This patch solves this issue, as well as
correcting a minor bug with filename handling on the F50.

Unfortunately it's bitrotted, as I wrote it against
1.4b rather than 1.4 . Given that this bug can convert
an F50 into a paperweight, I submit the patch anyway,
in the hope that it might be useful.
