Multiple error(?) messages converting (resize?) some AVI files.

Looks like for each frame the following message pair

[mpeg4 @ 0168bb00]AVFrame.format is not set
[mpeg4 @ 0168bb00]AVFrame.width or height is not set

generated. Result video file looks OK, but...

Looks like build mplayer-svn-37325 works OK, but svn-37363 - already have this error. Same error also with last build (svn-37380).

I know, that this ticket is formed with very low quality. Possible here https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/4174 or here https://github.com/bytedeco/javacv/issues/76 You can find more information about this . (looks like chines language for me :( )
