It's still hapenning. Yesterday, I upgraded the OS and rebuilt. I'm now running FreeBSD 4.10-STABLE from sources updated 12/2/2004. I then rebuilt Mozilla and mplayerplug-in and mplayer. Here is another backtrace. Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. 0x29fdc92c in playPlaylist () from /usr/X11R6/lib/browser_plugins/mplayerplug-in.so (gdb) bt #0 0x29fdc92c in playPlaylist () from /usr/X11R6/lib/browser_plugins/mplayerplug-in.so #1 0x28a66680 in dtablecount () from /usr/lib/libc_r.so.4 Error accessing memory address 0x12: Bad address. (gdb) quit In the previous backtrace, #1 had only "??" as the source. maybe this one will help more. --- Kevin DeKorte <kde...@ya...> wrote: > > James, > > I believe we have found a bug that causes the crash > you are seeing.
