#42 mencoder with smp support

Would it be possible to have mencoder multitreaded so
that it could utilize SMP systems?

I was just encoding and noticed that it seems to only
utilize around 45-50% of my total system. OR around
97-100% CPU, while the other on just sits. If this was
added it would decrease encoding times almost in half.
