#31 Instructions?

I'm a little clueless. I've installed the Mencoder OSX version
0.7.7 (v0.7.7.), and don't understand what to do next. The
read me file makes no sense to me, the instructions are
incomplete. I don't know anything about Darwin and the
terminal. Can sb just tell me what settings to use? Thanx.
