[MPlayerOSX-devel] why can't we view WMVs that have 3VMW video tracks?

why can't we view WMVs that have 3VMW video tracks?

MPlayer's website says we can,
so why can't MPlayerOSX do it?

I keep seeing more and more videos with this format
and I can't view it with MPlayerOSX and it pisses me off.

Please explain.
