#79 Apple remote integration

I thought it was not possible to integrate a non-Apple piece of software with Apple Remote but then I accidently pressed a button on it while being in VLC. It worked.

Now that I know such a thing is possible I apply to you to take a peek into VLC's code and implement it in MPlayer - it certainly would make life a lot easier.

Hopefully someone will deal with this before I learn ObjC and do it myself...
