#76 Windows Media 9 Screen codec (MSS2) support

If someone could add Windows Media Video 9 Screen (i.e.
MSS2) support it would be great.

The codec is used in many tutorial files, and places
like chesslecture.com. There is no possible way to
natively play these files on OSX Intel at the moment.
