#57 Commande-line options per file

Hello,

Would be nice to be able to configure command-line options
in the settings windows of a movie, along with the subtitle
file, the title and the audio file to use.
For the time being, command-line options are only global.
I would like to be able to specify per movie command-line
options like: -subdelay, -subfps, etc...
