#163 subtitle setting

Currently if you don't set a font, an encoding method
using the preference dialog box, your encoding setting
using the open file dialog box will not take effect.

I think this is a bug.
Whether you use the preference or not, if you set the
sub title settings using the File Open dialog box or
"Playlist"->Info should be in effect.

Another suggestion is the ordering of the encoding
method you prefer. Currently you can't change it. So,
if your choice is on the bottom of the list, then it is
very hard to choose.
