#73 Incorrect article timestamps in article list

It seems that Gravity incorrectly constructs article timestamps in article list.
leading to putting articles from different timezones out of time order, if sorted by time.
E.g. according to article list,
responses to my post are sent several hours before my post,
if responder lives in America 6-9 hours behind me ( Central Europe).

It seems Gravity takes time value as if it was GMT time, but in fact it is local time.

In the list: Poutnik 23.06 19:56
In the header: Date: Thu, 23 Jun 2011 19:56:48 +0200 (i.e. 17:56:48 in GMT )

Response to that:
Vilas Tamhane 23.06 13:37
Date: Thu, 23 Jun 2011 11:37:57 -0700 (PDT)
If local time, it would be 18:37:57 GMT, therefor cca 40 min after my post.
