Well, libtool 2.4 isn't exactly free of bugs in Cygwin. There is an odd
bug where it tries to launch sh to run the .c file. Sometimes bash gets
into an infinite loop and sucks up 99% of the CPU time.
The 2.2 series is still OK, just needs some minor hacks. The 2.4 release
requires a bit more tinkering to get it right.
