Dear mpg123 folks,

there's a little bugfix release fixing a single bug:

- libmpg123:
-- Do not modify raw ID3v2 data while parsing (bug 379). This used to be fine
   before MPG123_STORE_RAW_ID3 got introduced. Not anymore.

Get it from the usual places …

This release also serves as a notice to anyone wanting to extract raw
ID3v2 frames with libmpg123 to disable the internal parsing with
MPG123_SKIP_ID3V2 or ensure that at least this bugfixed version of
libmpg123 is in use.
