Hi again,

another little bugfix release was due to make a previous improvement
actually active for the framebyframe API:

- libmpg123: Fix non-live-decoder safeguard for mpg123_framebyframe_decode()
  (was a no-op in practice, bug 324).


Get it while it's hot. Or later. Whatever suits you;-)
